What to expect from your Reiki session?

Each Reiki session runs for around 45 minutes to 1 hour. For our first session, I like to set aside 10–15 minutes for a gentle chat, so I can get to know you a little better and understand any specific areas or concerns you’d like to focus on. If you’d prefer to skip this, that’s completely fine too.

For the treatment, you will be laying down, and I will use light touch on or just above different parts of the body and chakras to channel energy to those areas and let it flow through you! I'll ask you to close your eyes, let go of what is going on outside of the treatment room and allow yourself to relax into the session.

What should I wear to a Reiki session?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully. You’ll stay dressed throughout the session, so loose-fitting, breathable clothing is ideal.
